EMBRACE RESILIENCE;

27 March - 04 April | Santander, Spain
The main aim of mobility is to create inspiring spaces where we can together explore the concept of resilience and learn tools that can help us to nurture required skills.

Resilience is an essential life skill that helps us to face and manage any difficult situation that may arise. Resilience also enables us to move forward after facing a setback and find ways to cope with stress and disappointment. It teaches us how to build our inner strength and become more confident in the face of adversity.

Resilience is an essential quality to have in the face of today's challenges (post pandemic, war and crisis). It involves the ability to cope with and adapt to difficult situations and to bounce back from adversity.

After the training participants:
- got familiar/ deepen knowledge about non-formal education and Erasmus+ Programme
- have clearer overview of own capabilities, strengths and space for growth through reflective practices;
- gain tools for self-support in challenging situations;
- gain practical tools for self-awareness and self-regulation;
- learn new strategies in communication and relationships, with oneself, with learners/youth and with others;
- gain personal experience in mindfulness and embodiment practices;
- find a way to incorporate practice in daily life and into work with learners/ young people;
- become more competent Youth Worker in terms of mental health, support and setting an example by day-by-day behavior;
- gain new ideas and inspiration through exchange with colleagues from different countries.
Target group:

Youth workers, community leaders, educators and change makers from the EU countries + Iceland, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Norway, Serbia and Turkey.

Especially inviting youth work specialists from Ukraine who are currently living in the EU or in the Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Norway, Serbia or Turkey and have official residency there.

Location: Langre Beach Surf Lodge, Langre Beach S.L. Cantabria, Spain

Accommodation
Participants will be accommodated in a Langre Beach Surf Lodge in the shared rooms.

Surf Lodge located in the rural area surrounded by natural beauties.

Expenses regarding accommodation and travel covered within Erasmus+ programme.

For the extra costs participants may use surfing facilities.

Program is avalible here.

The program will consist of reflection and self exploration, mindfulness and embodiment practices, art and drama methods, outdoor activities in connection with nature.

Participants will have a chance to host their own workshop within the project.

    Youth worker (level 6, Estonian National qualification), adult educator (level 7, Estonian National qualification), mindfulness instructor, embodiment practitioner.

    Ukraine / Belgium
    Mindfulness mentor, certificated by Mindspot (Ukraine), project manager, communication consultant, trainer for adults and active citizen.
