HEAR.ME is a Slovak–Estonian cooperation project focused on empowering children aged 13–18 to participate in democratic life at local and European levels. The project develops and strengthens child participation structures—such as children’s parliaments, school-based consultations, and dialogue with municipalities—using a child-rights-based and trauma-informed approach. Special attention is given to children from disadvantaged backgrounds, refugee communities, and ethnic or linguistic minorities.
