Roots & Routes is an international youth cooperation project that brings together organizations from across Europe to develop innovative, trauma-informed, and dialogue-based approaches in youth work. The project combines research, training, and practical tools to support inclusive youth work, peacebuilding, and long-term social cohesion.
Key Activities- Research and mapping of reconciliation and dialogue practices in youth work
- Development of an online Knowledge Hub
- Implementation of an international Dialogue Ambassadors Programme (trainings in Ireland, Finland, and online)
- Creation of a Reconciliation Toolbox with practical methods for dialogue and healing
- Development of a Dialogue Playbook based on lessons learned
- Dissemination through articles, podcasts, policy recommendations, and multiplier events
